Energy work can flow through distance. Just as Distance Reiki carries healing across any physical space, online Chakra Balancing is just as powerful and transformative as an in-person session. Universal energy has no zip code. From the comfort of your own home, we'll work together on Zoom to assess and restore balance across all seven of your energy centers — from your root chakra, where safety and belonging live, all the way up to your crown, where you connect to something larger than yourself. Before our session I'll ask you to create a quiet, comfortable space for yourself — somewhere you can lie down or sit undisturbed. Soft music, a candle, a crystal nearby if you have one — whatever helps you feel safe and open. During our session I'll intuitively assess each chakra, share what I'm sensing, and channel healing energy to where it's most needed. Many distance clients are surprised by how vividly they feel the work — warmth, tingling, emotional shifts, and a deep settling of the nervous system. We'll close with gentle guidance on what came up and how to support your energy in the days that follow. Sessions are 50 minutes. You don't have to be in the same room for healing to find you. You just have to be willing to receive it."
